More than 24 hours' notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours' notice

A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled consultation fee may apply where less than 24 hours' notice is provided.

Same-day cancellation or non-attendance

A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled consultation fee may apply where an appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment or where you do not attend your appointment without providing notice.

Exceptional circumstances

I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may be waived or reduced at my discretion where there are genuine exceptional circumstances, such as an unexpected emergency.

If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. Where appropriate, your appointment may be moved to telehealth or rescheduled.

Neptune Naturopathy cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.

If I cancel your appointment and you have already paid, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled appointment.

Third-party fees

Cancellation fees charged by Neptune Naturopathy are separate from any fees or charges that may be imposed by third-party providers for supplements, testing or other services.

Consumer rights

Cancellation fees will not be applied where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
