Your body has its own story, and your care should too. Each consultation is an opportunity to slow down, listen to what your body is communicating and uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface — with support tailored to you and where you are right now.

Not sure where to start or whether naturopathy is the right fit for you? A connection call is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to connect before booking an appointment.
We’ll have a brief chat about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to work on and what you’re looking for from naturopathic care. I can also explain how I work, what to expect from an appointment and answer any questions you might have.
There’s no need to prepare anything or have your health story perfectly figured out. This is simply a chance for us to connect, make sure I’m the right practitioner to support you and help you feel a little more comfortable about taking the next step.

Your initial consultation is an opportunity to slow down, be heard and look beyond individual symptoms to understand the bigger picture of your health.
Together, we’ll explore your current health concerns, health history, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, energy, lifestyle and any other factors that may be influencing how you’re feeling. I’ll take the time to understand your unique story and begin connecting the dots between your symptoms and the foundations of your health.
From there, we’ll work together to create a personalised treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. This may include tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, functional testing or other appropriate recommendations.
This consultation is available in person or via telehealth, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
Come as you are — there’s no need to have everything figured out before we begin. This is simply a space to start understanding your body a little more deeply and work out where to go from here.
-
Your follow-up consultation is a space to pause, check in and see how things are progressing since our initial consultation or previous appointment.
We’ll look at any changes in your symptoms, energy, digestion, sleep, stress, mood and overall wellbeing, as well as what has been working well and what may need adjusting. Your health is always changing, so your treatment plan can change with you.
Together, we’ll review your current recommendations and make any adjustments needed to continue supporting your health and moving you towards your goals. This may include refining nutrition and lifestyle strategies, adjusting herbal or nutritional support, discussing new concerns or deciding whether further testing or investigation may be helpful.

Sometimes your health story needs a little more investigation. This consultation is dedicated to sitting down together and making sense of your test results in the context of your symptoms, health history and the bigger picture.
Rather than simply looking at whether a result falls within a reference range, we’ll take the time to explore what your results may be telling us and how they fit alongside what you’ve been experiencing. I’ll explain your results in clear, easy-to-understand language and give you space to ask questions along the way.
From there, we’ll discuss what your results may mean for your health and work together to determine the most appropriate next steps. This may include personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, herbal or nutritional support, further testing or referrals where appropriate.

Sometimes something comes up between appointments that you’d like a little extra support with. An acute consultation is a short, focused appointment for current clients experiencing a new or sudden health concern.
We’ll focus on what’s happening right now, what may have contributed to it and how we can best support you in the short term. Depending on your individual needs, this may include targeted nutrition and lifestyle advice, herbal or nutritional support, and guidance around whether further assessment or referral may be appropriate.
As these appointments are brief, they’re designed for a specific, straightforward concern rather than a full health review or complex issue. If your concern requires a more in-depth assessment, I may recommend booking a standard follow-up or another appropriate appointment.
